WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Step 1 - We'll review your order - we'll carefully review the photos and information you submitted to ensure we understand what you want and that the image(s) you provided will work.

Step 2 - We'll contact you if needed - if we have any questions or need different photos, we'll reach out using the email address you provided.

Step 3 - We begin creating your artwork - once everything is confirmed, we'll start designing your customer caricature.

Step 4 - We'll send you a low-res image showing the finished product for your approval.

Step 5 - You'll receive your finished artwork or postcards.   For digital image files, your artwork will be emailed to you as a high-res (300dpi) file that's ready to use for printing, social media, websites, invitations, and more.   For printed items, we'll notify you as soon as your printed products have been completed and shipped, along with any available tracking information.
